Description

• Build the go-to-market enablement system for Commercial and Public Sector sales teams • Create standard pitch decks, product data sheets, battlecards, competitive positioning, and a customizable message library • Produce launch kits for every product release, including positioning one-pagers, FAQs, customer-facing emails, and sales briefings • Support field events across both markets, including customer dinners, regional roadshows, webinars, speaking slots, and curated meetings • Connect field activities to measurable pipeline • Run account-based marketing plays, including named-account landing pages, content sequences, and direct outreach support • Work with RevOps on funnel data and optimization • Build customer evidence through case studies, white papers, videos, long-form features, and website customer content • Run the customer reference program, including legal and public affairs approvals • Extend customer proof into new markets through use-case libraries and forward-looking narratives • Develop partner marketing motions across sell-with, sell-through, co-sell, and OEM • Create marketplace listings and partner kits for hardware, software, cloud, and G/SI partners • Build and run joint campaigns with partner marketing teams • Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Commercial Sales, Public Sector Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success

🎯 Exigences

• Portfolio of enablement assets and customer stories personally written and shipped, with funnel data showing impact • Strong writing skills • Technical depth sufficient to explain how a developer platform works without a solutions engineer • Experience running customer stories end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, legal review, and approvals • Experience producing events with tracked pipeline • Working fluency in a CRM and a marketing automation platform • Ability to read funnel data and recommend changes • Ability to serve Commercial and Public Sector sales organizations with different buyers, cycles, and constraints • Grit and comfort building processes amid ambiguity • Proactive and curious attitude toward leveraging AI for automation, ideation, asset creation, or decision-making • Some travel for field events is expected • U.S. work authorization or visa sponsorship status must be provided in the application • Experience in developer tools, data infrastructure, edge computing, IoT, or mobile platforms preferred • Experience building an account-based marketing program preferred • Experience managing freelance writers, video producers, or event partners preferred • Experience marketing to defense or federal buyers preferred • Military or defense-technology background preferred • Experience at a company moving from founder-led selling to a repeatable GTM motion preferred
