Description

• Lead customer discovery to understand challenges, priorities and desired outcomes • Design and shape solutions across Eficode’s portfolio of products, licensing and services • Coordinate Sales, Delivery and technology partner expertise to create technically sound, commercially viable and deliverable solutions • Provide solution governance throughout the sales cycle • Challenge scope, assumptions, estimates, risks and commitments where needed • Partner with Sales to win and grow opportunities • Support proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, upsell and cross-sell • Present solution narratives to senior technical and business stakeholders • Ensure smooth transition into Delivery with alignment on scope, outcomes, commercials, risks, dependencies and customer expectations • Use delivery feedback and lessons learned to improve propositions, solution approaches and estimating • Contribute to pipeline progression, conversion, margin and successful sales outcomes • Coach Sales colleagues and develop reusable presales tools, approaches and materials • Work collaboratively across Sales, Delivery and specialist teams • Travel to customer sites, typically around 20–25%, with occasional international travel

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years of experience in technical presales, solutions architecture, sales engineering, technology consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role • Broad knowledge of DevOps and the software development lifecycle, including platform engineering, cloud and developer tooling • Experience shaping complex technology solutions and working alongside Sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle • Strong customer discovery and consultative skills • Ability to understand pain points and translate them into clear solution directions • Confidence and credibility presenting to and advising senior technical and business stakeholders • Understanding of how AI is changing the software development lifecycle, including developer productivity, platform engineering and enterprise governance • Commercial mindset and understanding of how technical decisions impact scope, risk and the wider opportunity • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Willingness to travel to customers within the US when needed • Experience with Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab or another DevOps/developer platform ecosystem is an added bonus • Experience selling consulting, transformation or managed services alongside technology products and licenses is an added bonus • Experience acting as a long-term technical advisor to large enterprise customers is an added bonus • Experience working across software vendors, consultancies and partner ecosystems is an added bonus • Relevant vendor certifications, architecture credentials or technical education are an added bonus
