Description

• Support product installations and start-ups and provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for Electrolux Professional equipment • Document technical findings and provide feedback to Quality for continuous improvement • Collect, document, and report technical and field data to stakeholders • Review electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, and documentation for components, products, and electrical designs • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during development and approval processes • Visit job sites and perform technical activities to support customer relationships and issue resolution • Plan, implement, and evaluate field tests for product feasibility and market readiness • Develop, maintain, and deliver equipment training programs and service documentation • Support Customer Care program development and implementation • Audit Service Partners for policy compliance, parts availability, technical capability, and brand representation • Promote safety rules, regulations, and work practices • Respond to customer inquiries and service needs • Provide technical analysis and documentation for warranty claim reviews • Complete assigned safety- and quality-related equipment programs on schedule • Maintain service literature and bulletins and distribute relevant updates to Service Partners • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Exigences

• High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum two-year technical school certificate, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on technical experience • Minimum three years of hands-on experience in field service, technical service, industrial maintenance, commercial equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, appliances, foodservice equipment, or commercial laundry • Minimum two years of experience in a lead, supervisory, field service management, technical support, training, service operations, or customer escalation role • Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems, high-voltage equipment, control systems, gas and electric heating systems, plumbing and drain systems, connectivity, and equipment software or firmware issues • Strong remote-work discipline and written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with a distributed team • Preferred experience with commercial laundry, foodservice equipment, HVAC, industrial equipment, connected equipment, payment platforms, or distributor-based service networks • Advanced electrical troubleshooting, including interpreting schematics and using meters, manometers, diagnostic software, error logs, and connected-equipment dashboards • Preferred experience with networking, remote diagnostics, connected-service platforms, service-management systems, CRM, ERP, warranty systems, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot or other AI platforms • Experience developing technical training, facilitating classroom or virtual instruction, coaching technicians, and creating service documentation • Strong organizational, project-management, data-collection, and reporting skills • Valid driver’s license and valid passport required • Ability to travel up to 70% across the Americas, primarily within the United States and Canada • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
