Description

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists • Process financial transactions upon request of callers • Explain past returns in comparison to economic environment • Convey information in accordance with FINRA / SEC guidelines • Assist participants through navigation of the automated voice response system and Website • Run disbursement quotes, respond to managerial feedback, and attend meetings and training sessions

🎯 Exigences

• Associate degree in business or related field preferred • With no degree, an additional one to two years directly related experience is required • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service-related field • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required • FINRA fingerprinting required • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
