Description

• Answer telephone customer inquiries regarding roadside assistance, towing services and rental car arrangements • Coordinate assistance measures for international customers • Communicate with insurers, partners and service providers • Process invoices

🎯 Exigences

• Experience in customer service (not mandatory) • Experience in hospitality/food service, tourism, the automotive industry or call centers • Willingness to travel to Rostock for onboarding and team events • Enjoys speaking on the phone and helping people • Organizational skills, reliability and a team-player mentality • Excellent German language skills • Fluent English (B2 level)
