Description

• Ensure excellent mobility coverage: You independently manage and coordinate service, repair, and breakdown cases and, in close collaboration with our external claims-management partners, ensure a fast and seamless resolution for our customers. • Maximize fleet availability: You monitor compliance with all legal and manufacturer-specific deadlines (such as maintenance and inspections) and optimize utilization and the condition of our entire fleet. • Drive process optimization and scaling: You analyze existing workflows and operational fleet management, document best practices, and actively contribute to scaling repeatable processes. • Establish customer-focused solutions: You handle complex individual cases confidently in direct customer contact, systematically identify improvement opportunities, and ensure a first-class customer journey. • Promote knowledge transfer and team coaching: You support your team with technical onboarding, guide colleagues on operational issues, and establish quality standards for an outstanding service infrastructure.

🎯 Exigences

• Solid automotive background: Successfully completed commercial or technical training in the automotive field (e.g., master automotive technician (Kfz‑Meister), service technician, automotive sales representative) or an equivalent qualification. • Relevant service experience: Several years of demonstrable experience in service advising, service assistance, or workshop environments with a strong customer focus. • Structured multitasking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain oversight and act in a solution-oriented way even with a high volume of cases. • Strong communication skills: Fluent German at C1/C2 level for confident communication with customers and partners, and good English skills (minimum B1) for our internal collaboration. • Nice to have: Initial practical experience with modern ticketing and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk or Salesforce). • Initial experience in providing technical guidance, coaching, or coordinating team members.
