Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fleetio's connected-vehicle data end to end, from how the data gets in to the products built on top of it • Own Fleetio's connected device strategy • Build data partnerships that bring telematics, OEM, and connected-vehicle data straight from the source • Take ambiguous, high-potential bets from 0→1 by spotting opportunities, testing hypotheses, and shipping new partner-driven and connected capabilities • Lead 0→1 discovery and delivery of live fleet visualization and mapping, location intelligence and geofencing, and vehicle health and sensor insights • Deepen and grow Fleetio's ecosystem of integrations and strategic partners • Own data standardization so it is trustworthy, comparable, and actionable across Fleetio • Build and own strategic partner relationships and represent Fleetio credibly with partners • Turn complex real-world data from partners and connected sources into standardized, actionable intelligence • Partner with Design on intuitive connected and partner-driven experiences • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and CX on positioning, launches, packaging, adoption, and retention • Serve as an ambassador for Fleetio's product and product team • Report to the Director of Product Management

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years in product management, shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning technically complex product areas end-to-end • A track record of leading ambiguous 0→1 (or early-stage 1→n) bets with meaningful company impact, operating with a high degree of autonomy • Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships • A track record of turning a strong technical product into a scaled business through packaging, monetization, and GTM • Experience with hybrid PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth) motions • Strategic, analytical, creative, and data-informed in how you work and inform decisions • Embody our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or relevant field • Considered a plus: Experience with IoT / connected-device data, and the products built on top of it • Considered a plus: Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation, mobility, or vertical SaaS • Considered a plus: Experience with location and geospatial data, mapping, or real-time streaming data at scale • Considered a plus: Experience with marketplace, multi-sided, or platform business models • Considered a plus: Experience with defining and owning an end-to-end product and vision
