• Take full ownership of a portfolio of high-growth customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across our suite of financial products. • Build strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring every customer gets maximum value from Flex. • Serve as the voice of the customer, turning feedback and insights into actionable recommendations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations.

🎯 Exigences

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services. • Proven ability to manage a book of business, drive renewals, and expand account value. • Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex financial or technical topics into clear, actionable insights. • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment. • Strong analytical instincts and a passion for helping customers succeed. • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas Consistently a top 10% performer.
