Description

• Drive open client-information items on PCA and Analyst dashboards down to zero for each foundation so Form 990-PF returns can be prepared and filed on time • Prioritize and resolve 990-PF blockers, including questionnaires, donor information, cost basis, transfers, statements, K-1s, valuations, reconciliations, and tax adjustments • Prioritize open items by tax-return readiness, seasonal deliverables, complexity, and deadlines • Partner with PCAs, Analysts, service teams, and department leaders to obtain information and resolve operational matters • Facilitate recurring open-issues meetings, monitor SLAs, and escalate stalled outreach • Contact clients and colleagues for statements, valuations, K-1s, and other data • Maintain responsiveness standards and keep assigned PCAs copied on outreach • Improve client-information-gathering tools and processes, including automated emails and tax questionnaires • Contact assigned clients regarding the Webster Bank to US Bank account migration • Verify, record, and securely handle updated banking details through phone or encrypted email • Track migration confirmations and follow up with non-responsive clients • Coordinate updated account details with Client Operations and Client Services • Use analytics and dashboards to track open matters, project performance, and SLAs • Report on 990-PF-blocking items, aging, team performance, outcomes, and recommendations • Document processes and provide a clean handoff at the end of the assignment

🎯 Exigences

• Excellent prioritization and ability to pivot between deliverables during peak seasons • Familiarity with service-level agreements and ability to drive teams and clients toward them without direct authority • Project-management experience, ideally in a business-services sector • Track record of structuring workflows that improve team efficiency and clarity • Strong oral and written communication skills • Effective listening and ability to address stakeholder concerns • Strong discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client and bank-account information • Ability to use secure channels such as phone or encrypted email • Adaptability and learning agility • Ability to research, source information, and work self-sufficiently • Continuous-improvement mindset and ability to propose cross-team solutions • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word • Working knowledge of Salesforce • Ability to learn proprietary systems, internal platforms, and dashboards quickly • Comfort with temporary, project-based work and availability for the full assignment • Dedicated home office or workspace free of distractions and interruptions • High-speed internet connection • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, management, or operations • Prior temporary, contract, or seasonal experience is a plus
