Description

• Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain automation and integration capabilities for cloud and software delivery environments • Develop automation to improve consistency, reliability, and delivery speed • Support secure software delivery, operational sustainment, and compliance-driven engineering activities • Create scripts, tools, pipelines, documentation, and repeatable processes • Apply expertise across requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, debugging, release, and sustainment • Design and maintain infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, operational support tasks, and integration workflows • Analyze user and business needs and translate them into technical designs, diagrams, workflows, and implementation plans • Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and evidence artifacts • Support configuration management, vulnerability remediation, scan integration, and compliance activities • Troubleshoot issues across applications, operating systems, infrastructure, cloud, network, identity, and CI/CD boundaries • Coach less experienced professionals and potentially serve as a task lead • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, application, and customer teams • Support planned engineering buildout and troubleshooting of mission-impacting issues

🎯 Exigences

• Secret clearance must currently be possessed; Top Secret clearance required/must be able to obtain • U.S. citizenship required • DoW 8570/8140 baseline certification such as Security+ CE required • 8+ years of related software development, automation, DevOps, cloud, systems engineering, or mission IT experience • Experience with scripting or software development • Experience with CI/CD or automation tooling • Experience with cloud or infrastructure services • Experience with source control • Experience with technical troubleshooting and documentation • Ability to work independently under limited supervision • Practical automation experience building supportable, maintainable solutions • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through incomplete requirements or logs • Ability to communicate technical decisions, risks, and status clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Understanding of security, documentation, change control, and operational stability in a mission environment • Preferred: experience in federal, DoW, cloud, classified, or controlled environments • Preferred: GitLab CI/CD or comparable pipeline platforms and source-control workflows • Preferred: cloud automation, event-driven workflows, containerized applications, and infrastructure as code • Preferred: cloud, DevOps, security, or infrastructure certifications • Preferred exposure to PowerShell, Python, Bash, GitLab or similar CI/CD tools, containers, Azure, AWS, infrastructure as code, security scanning, vulnerability remediation, and controlled or regulated environments • Ability to travel 10–25%
