Description

• Own outbound end to end for Uncapped, from infrastructure and deliverability through to the tools and data that decide who to reach and how • Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment and outreach, including data pipelines and automation workflows • Equip SDRs with tooling, playbooks and data insights to maximize efficiency and conversion rates • Build ICP models, scoring frameworks and segmentation logic for focused outbound targeting • Evaluate, implement and optimize GTM tools including CRM, sequencing, enrichment and intent data • Track, analyze and report on outbound metrics, including reply rates and pipeline contribution • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration • Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to align outbound systems with broader GTM strategy and product capabilities

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience • Expertise in best-in-class GTM technology stacks • Experience evaluating, implementing and optimizing tools that drive outbound performance at scale • Ability to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution • Experience designing data models • Ability to write SQL queries or automation scripts • Technical problem-solving and strategic go-to-market thinking • Curiosity and willingness to collaborate with SDRs, AEs and cross-functional teammates
