Description

• Integrate new properties with the software platform • Spearhead data and PMS migration upon sale/transfer of assets • Act as a supervisory point of contact for user questions and ensure tickets are submitted or escalated • Supervise the ticket system and oversee KPIs for the Systems Specialist • Operate MRI, Yardi, Entrata, Bluemoon, Funnel, and other systems relating to operational and leasing needs and integrations • Work with the Director of Innovation to escalate systems issues • Maintain GMH standards and processes in the property management system • Implement new techniques and capabilities within the platform • Collaborate with the Director of Innovation and VP of Leasing and Operations to create SOPs and support e-learning content, training events, and learning program modifications • Prepare and ensure accurate and timely property reporting • Assist with billing errors, audits, real-time data, and financial reporting related to the system • Update and maintain the user database • Oversee and manage the Systems Specialist role

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with student/multi-family housing software, including Entrata & Yardi • 5+ years of experience in a management/education role with a proven track record of achievements • Analytical and decision-making skills • Strong internet & Microsoft Office skills • Must have good communication and people skills, coupled with an ability to educate • Must be able to accommodate and work through multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency over assigned tasks • A passion to serve and grow colleagues & team members
