Description

• Operational planning, management and ownership of our ERP projects from contract signing to successful customer go-live • Development of structured project plans; monitoring of schedule, budget and quality; ensuring milestones and project objectives are met • Coordination of all phases of the implementation process and clear, reliable communication between the client organization, project team, internal stakeholders and partners • Leading, motivating and developing the project team to ensure smooth and successful delivery and sustainable knowledge transfer • Solid understanding of and confident handling of contractual frameworks such as statements of work (SOW), change requests and acceptance procedures • Proactively contributing ideas and improvement suggestions to sustainably strengthen our project methodology, efficiency and customer satisfaction

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of solid experience in IT project management and in leading interdisciplinary teams • Proven track record in planning and executing software implementation projects • Project management certification preferred • Confident, professional presence and strong ability to communicate appropriately with different audiences, including on complex technical topics • Structured, customer- and results-oriented working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
