Description

• Lead commercial discussions with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers • Assess organisational requirements and determine strategic fit • Represent the firm with professionalism and credibility while maintaining our values • Manage written follow-up communication, including summaries and supporting materials • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate onboarding • Maintain client communication until full handover to the recruitment team • Contribute to strengthening commercial performance within the U.S. market

• Demonstrated experience engaging senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand varied industries and business models • International exposure and experience working across multiple countries or regions • Proven ability to manage high-volume commercial conversations while maintaining quality and professionalism • Strong follow-through and coordination skills within a remote structure • Professional presence combined with a consultative, relationship-driven approach • Sound judgment and discretion in commercial discussions • Self-motivated with a genuine interest in the success of our clients • Fluency in English
