Description

• Establish reliable monthly forecasting and budgeting processes in Workday Adaptive Planning • Develop expense and headcount planning partnerships, dashboards, and actionable analysis for business leaders • Build scalable financial reporting for internal leadership and board reporting • Connect financial results and KPIs to forward-looking forecasts • Introduce process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows • Coordinate monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, including operating expense and headcount planning • Maintain and improve integrated three-statement financial forecasts • Partner with Accounting to incorporate monthly actuals, understand variances, and inform forecasts • Serve as a primary Finance partner to departmental leaders on budgets, spending, hiring plans, and operating decisions • Engage senior stakeholders and translate financial insights into practical recommendations • Coordinate monthly financial and KPI reporting packages for executive leadership and board reporting • Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve financial visibility and decision-making • Improve Workday Adaptive Planning and reporting tools by replacing manual workarounds with scalable processes • Leverage AI and automation to streamline analysis, reporting, and recurring Finance workflows

🎯 Exigences

• Approximately 5–7 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and integrated three-statement financial modeling capabilities • Experience using a financial planning platform such as Workday Adaptive Planning or a comparable system • Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and reporting • Proven success partnering with business leaders, communicating financial information clearly, and influencing decisions across organizational levels without direct authority • Hands-on, resourceful problem-solving approach • Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, create structure, and recognize when to collaborate or escalate • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or a high-growth business, particularly within a scaling Finance organization • Direct experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including forecasting models and dashboard development • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience using AI or automation to improve financial workflows • A degree in finance, accounting, or another quantitative discipline
