Description

• Orchestrate all program activities across administration, infrastructure, efficiencies, process improvements, and personnel in support of a JIT environment • Promote positive relationships with customers and suppliers and pursue value-added service opportunities • Direct program operations, including inventory and stocking strategies, to maintain optimal inventory levels • Manage budgetary compliance and recommend annual budget adjustments • Plan, direct, and prioritize facility workflow and Project and Life Cycle strategies • Manage department staff, promote teamwork, and guide employees toward goals • Provide managerial support through work instructions, policies, procedures, and administrative direction • Coordinate access to program information, technical resources, equipment, and tools • Implement, oversee, and document training related to AS9100, quality work instructions, process improvements, and customer requirements • Facilitate continuous improvement discussions and employee engagement • Investigate communication breakdowns and process deficiencies, implementing corrective actions and retraining • Ensure compliance with customer onsite policies and Incora policies and procedures • Conduct or monitor supervisor performance evaluations and identify coaching and development opportunities • Approve wage adjustments and promotions within budget and compensation guidelines • Create, compile, and analyze workflow, time, labor, and operational reports • Manage facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, real estate maintenance, site security, organization, and cleanliness • Attend company-sponsored meetings, leadership development programs, and management training sessions

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, operations, or program management environments • Previous management and/or supervisory experience required, with demonstrated ability to train, coach, mentor, and motivate employees • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and negotiate while maintaining focus on profitability and customer satisfaction • Strong process management and continuous improvement experience, particularly within JIT contract environments • Incora product and service knowledge required • Extensive experience utilizing integrated database systems and business software applications • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen • Experience managing budgets, labor planning, inventory controls, and operational performance metrics • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments • Expert understanding of Incora's supply chain management and distribution processes and philosophy • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems and their application within product distribution environments • Ability to interpret workflow, inventory, productivity, and labor data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to lead change and implement operational improvements • Ability to travel as required • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as required • Ability to use computers and standard office equipment for extended periods • Ability to travel to customer and company locations as necessary • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
