Description

• Partner with the HSSE Division Director to provide HSSEQ expertise for a portion of the division's accounts • Oversee Technology accounts within REMS and support HSSEQ professionals assigned to the group • Ensure employees and subcontractors return home safely by reducing incident and injury rates • Implement the Global WD HSSEQ program across the division's WD operations • Deploy and support JLL's health, safety, and environmental risk management strategy • Enable WD business compliance with JLL, client, cultural, and statutory requirements • Apply JLL HSSEQ Management System and Standards across areas of responsibility • Facilitate HSSEQ programs and support staff in meeting HSSE metrics and KPIs • Support training, audit, measurement, and reporting programs • Support new business pursuits, account transitions, and expansion of existing accounts • Promote a positive, proactive HSSEQ culture • Coordinate HSSEQ monitoring procedures and internal performance reporting • Assist Sourcing and Procurement in approving and monitoring JLL contractors • Manage HSSEQ team members through direct and matrix reporting relationships • Support program goals aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 • Ensure delivery of the HSSEQ training program • Provide health and safety risk-management guidance across the division • Ensure WD accounts meet JLL Global HSSEQ Standards • Monitor legislative changes and update policies and procedures • Assist with incident and accident investigations and maintain records • Support HSSEQ audits, inspections, risk assessments, and control solutions • Drive HSSEQ ownership across operations teams and supply-chain partners • Build relationships with business leaders, managers, account teams, employees, clients, and supply-chain partners • Organize and attend HSSEQ communication forums • Perform other duties assigned by the HSSE Division Director or senior directors

🎯 Exigences

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to meet consistent goals set by the Regional Americas HSSE Lead and Global HSSEQ function • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental risk management • Ability to support compliance with JLL, client, cultural, and statutory requirements • Ability to manage HSSEQ programs, performance reporting, audits, training, and inspections • Ability to support new business pursuits, account transitions, and account expansion • Ability to implement practical risk management strategies • Ability to manage HSSEQ team members through direct and matrix reporting relationships • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards • Ability to deliver HSSEQ training compliant with local requirements • Knowledge of legislative changes, best practices, and guidance related to HSSEQ • Ability to assist with incident and accident investigations • Ability to conduct or support HSSEQ risk assessments and identify control solutions • Ability to build relationships with business leaders, senior managers, account teams, employees, clients, and supply chain partners
