• - Successfully completed university degree or equivalent commercial qualification • - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in Health Care • - Proven track record in acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure • - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across written, verbal, and digital channels • - Fluent German language skills at C2 level, and strong command of English (spoken and written) • - Confident, professional demeanor and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levels • - Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and customer management • - Structured, independent working style with a high level of initiative, ownership, and reliability • - Expertise in educational technology, workflow automation, and scalable process design (preferred) • - Familiarity with the German healthcare system and its structures, including work experience with the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) (preferred)
