Description

• Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner • Maintain detailed product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient solutions • Handle complex customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and native-level language proficiency • Collaborate with international teams to identify trends and improve service delivery • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system • Deliver world-class customer service to support the brand’s reputation

🎯 Exigences

• Native or fluent Hungarian, spoken and written, mandatory • Proficiency in English for communication in a diverse, multinational office environment • Previous Customer Support Services industry experience is a strong advantage • Valid EU passport or work permit required for employment in Sofia • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting • Passion for people and commitment to high service standards
