Description

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries • Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport • Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are documented and met • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices • Prepare reports on sales activities, results, and market trends • Build trust by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions • Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of sales experience • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed based on business needs • Commitment to excellent customer service • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email and other written formats • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Interpersonal skills with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics • High level of motivation and a passion for sales • Effective negotiation and closing skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Internet and other customer databases • Valid Driver’s License
