• Serve as the primary guide for prospective Project Teams, creating a transparent, trust-centered discovery experience • Communicate Multiplier’s model, services, expectations, and decision criteria with clarity and consistency • Design and lead discovery engagements that surface key considerations related to mission alignment, feasibility, organizational readiness, and risk • Facilitate or co-facilitate conversations using structured guides while navigating nuance and building trust • Lead qualification and due diligence processes, establishing clear expectations, timelines, and information flows for both Project Teams and Core Team members • Identify and assess operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks • Lead structured departure processes, including transitions to independent 501(c)(3) status, and closures
• The ideal candidate is deeply relational, highly discerning, and energized by supporting mission-driven leaders through moments of growth, transition, and uncertainty • You build trust quickly and communicate with warmth, clarity, and credibility, while also bringing the judgment and structure needed to navigate complex decisions and organizational risk • You are equally comfortable thinking strategically and managing details, with a natural ability to connect people, systems, and priorities • Others experience you as steady, collaborative, and solutions-oriented — someone who can hold nuance, surface difficult questions thoughtfully, and help groups move toward clear, informed decisions • You balance openness to innovative, values-aligned work with a strong sense of stewardship and accountability • You thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy orchestrating collaborative processes, and bring executive presence without ego • Working knowledge of 501(c)(3) nonprofit structures, rules and regulations • Demonstrated ability to design and apply processes that reduce bias, expand access, and support equitable participation in decision-making • Strong organizational and documentation skills across multiple priorities
