Nova 401(k) Associates offre des webinaires éducatifs, des ressources et des consultations personnalisées pour aider à la compréhension et à la gestion des plans de retraite. Description

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate • Maintain a caseload of MEP adopters, approximately 50% split between ADP and Safe Harbor plans • Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment • Exemplify superior client service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design • Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience • Document all client interactions in our workflow management system • Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures • Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about new industry developments

🎯 Exigences

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing • Familiarity with MEP service models and providers a plus • NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task • Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business • High level of critical thinking • Committed to lifelong learning and coachable.
