• **Who You Are** • - The Strategic Architect: 8+ years of experience in National Account Management within Consumer Electronics (CE) or Juvenile Products. • - The Cross-Border Expert: Proven experience managing Canadian retailers. • - The Relationship Builder: You know how to talk to a Buyer at a global giant and a boutique owner the same day, adapting your style to win both. • - The Data Storyteller: Expert-level fluency in Target and Best Buy portals. You use data to build a narrative that buyers can't ignore. • - The Self-Starter: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a track record of building "Independent" channel programs from the ground up. • Requirements • - Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred. • - Proven track record of managing a $20M+ book of business. • - Experience with 1-tier and 2-tier distribution models. • - Ability to travel (approx. 25%) to Minneapolis, Vancouver/Toronto, and key trade shows (e.g., CES, ABC Kids Expo).
