Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory • Engage with customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live/virtual customer engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Utilize digital tools for customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop and implement strategic business opportunities • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions using approved disease-state information and patient resources • Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree, or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity; small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles; educator roles; or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • Permanent work authorization in the United States • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing experience preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability and accountability preferred • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Residence within the territory boundaries preferred
