Description

• Serve as the primary insights Business Partner for specific operating functions, shaping research agendas and aligning them with business priorities • Advise functional leadership and translate insights into strategic recommendations • Lead high-impact research initiatives, including research design, synthesis, and executive storytelling • Represent stakeholder needs within the broader insights function and align with enterprise priorities • Directly manage and develop insights analysts through performance management, coaching, and career development • Lead a matrixed team across direct and dotted-line relationships • Provide day-to-day direction, quality oversight, and support to analysts across assigned work • Clarify roles, expectations, and accountability across reporting relationships • Prioritize and allocate analyst resources across competing portfolio needs • Balance direct portfolio ownership with shared-service support • Collaborate with Business Partners and the Research Operations Lead on analyst utilization, workflows, tools, and processes • Oversee and guide research design, execution, and analysis for assigned operating functions • Review research outputs for consistency, accuracy, methodological rigor, and strategic relevance • Maintain accountability for the quality and impact of insights delivered by the team

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in market research, business, marketing, psychology, statistics, economics, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic consulting • Proven track record leading complex research projects and delivering business-impacting insights • Experience working with senior leadership and managing high-stakes projects • Experience leading and developing insights analysts in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and advanced analytical techniques • Advanced experience identifying research objectives, planning methodologies, and maximizing data reliability • Advanced experience presenting market research analysis to executive audiences • Strategic understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics • Proven experience developing actionable strategies that drive business impact • Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and modeling techniques • Expertise in data analysis software such as SPSS, R, or Python • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying complex findings clearly and compellingly • Ability to influence stakeholders through storytelling and evidence-based recommendations • Ability to manage and influence team members across direct and dotted-line reporting relationships • Ability to balance hands-on Business Partner responsibilities with team leadership and oversight • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • High attention to detail and ability to ensure research deliverable quality and accuracy • In-depth knowledge of data collection and measurement methodologies • Complex quantitative survey design and qualitative discussion guide experience required • Proficiency in PMI’s business language: English • Willingness to travel up to 30%
