Description

• Manage new product rollouts onsite and virtually, including training new users • Run state-agnostic broad-reaching and scaled engagement and adoption tactics • Run state-specific custom-tailored engagement and adoption tactics • Manage inbound feedback and support requests from users • Represent the company’s brand and tone in all external interactions • Track and measure the results and outcomes of all Product Growth work

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of relevant work experience • Willing to travel: 25-40% of time spent traveling domestically across the US, up to 4 trips per quarter • Willing to drive: Candidate must be licensed and able to drive a car for 2+ hours at a time for state trips • A clear, empathetic communicator • Highly organized • Fast learner • Skilled diplomat • 3+ years of relevant work experience in external-facing and/or project management focused roles
