Description

• Development and stewardship of product management for our suppliers — leading manufacturers of high‑quality engineering thermoplastics (ETPs) in the DACH region • Collaboration with European Product Management to implement market and product strategies • Support for our sales teams in the designated product and application areas • Point of contact for strategically important customers in the region (Tier‑1 to Tier‑2 experience advantageous) • Assistance in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring a strong commercial presence • Provision of initial technical advice to sales teams and customers regarding product selection, market and application • Communication of success stories and product benefits across the region • Contribution to commercial planning and budgeting • Monitoring the performance of assigned product groups and ensuring target achievement • Provision of market information that may affect budgeting and sales activities • Acting as the interface between regional sales teams and suppliers • Translating product strategies into concrete regional action plans • Regional alignment of pricing, product availability and feasible customer requirements • Preparation of accurate sales (demand) forecasts to support supply chain planning and ensure product availability • Contribution to demand planning and risk management strategies • Promotion of cross‑functional collaboration and ensuring alignment on common goals • Coaching and development of team members to strengthen knowledge and performance

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry or a comparable field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial or technical product roles (with technical responsibilities) • Ability to influence and deliver results across functions and countries • Strong, clear communication and problem‑solving skills as well as competence in data analysis • Ability to manage complex and conflicting priorities; results‑oriented and responsive • Hands‑on mentality and strong service orientation • Fluent in German and English • Experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and to European meetings (up to 50%)
