• Serve as the primary customer interface for U.S. Army sustainment accounts • Deliver responsive customer service and mission-aligned support • Build relationships with Army end users, program offices, sustainment commands, OEMs, and contractors • Identify customer requirements, gaps, and challenges and coordinate resolutions • Lead forecasting, opportunity identification, pipeline development, and contract follow-through • Present solutions that improve readiness, sustainment efficiency, and lifecycle performance • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, product, and operations teams • Monitor program health and sustainment metrics • Conduct in-person and remote briefings, reviews, and customer touchpoints • Maintain records of customer interactions, requirements, opportunities, and risks • Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, and corporate policies • Develop customer sales forecasts and achieve orders and sales plans for Spare Parts, GSE, MRO, and Strategic Long Term Agreements • Lead the CSM team in marketing and selling aftermarket products and services • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve objectives • Support proposal activities and negotiations through closure • Develop and execute strategies to protect and grow market-sector sales and margins • Analyze customer organizations, decision makers, products, market trends, and fleet sizes • Provide recommendations for repair, spares, inventory forecasting, and corporate strategy • Manage positive relationships with assigned customers and drive customer satisfaction • Own the aftermarket customer interface for Collins Aerospace defense sustainment customers • Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues • Lead business reviews and executive visits • Maintain executive briefing and strategy documents
• University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • 8+ years of sales experience related to aerospace or aviation activities • Previous military sales experience with OEM and U.S. government customers • Experience developing and closing significant long-term agreements with OEMs and the U.S. Government on military aftermarket business • Experience forming Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) agreements • Experience presenting and interacting with executive leadership • Experience reporting on business metrics and improving business performance • Comprehensive knowledge of finance, program management, and marketing principles and practices • Thorough understanding of related industry practices • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level technical and non-technical customer personnel • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
