• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and lead a successful sales team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. • Ability to travel as needed.
