• Provide sales coverage for the Eastern Canada region including Quebec, Ontario and the Maritime provinces. • Be the primary point of contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers. • Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals. • Ability to drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory. • Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams. • Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system. • Represents all product lines assigned on each mill visit. • Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls. • Develop and adhere to processes and workflows, as it relates to account success. • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed and assist with implementing these processes. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
• B.S. degree in Engineering or 10 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper. • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred. • Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required. • Willingness to travel- 80% of time will be spent in the field. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize when multiple tasks require attention.
