• Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models, ensuring they are accurate and up to date throughout the project life cycle. • Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols. • Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues. • Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance. • Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, and Dynamo scripts. • Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements. • Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with agreed-upon BIM protocols. • Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics. • Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions. • Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.
• Associate degree or higher education • 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for engineering design. • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and ACC platform. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. • Demonstrated passion for mentoring junior staff and leading a team of specialists. • Preferred but not Required: • Experience with OpenBuildings Designer Worksuite. • Professional Certification in BIM Management. • Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices. • BIM management experience leading large-scale Water/Wastewater facility improvement projects.
