Description

• Lead delivery of an assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring project management excellence • Act as the first line of escalation for delivery issues; work with project managers on issue resolution and risk mitigation • Provide weekly portfolio status updates to practice leadership • Exercise project leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills • Coach and mentor consultants throughout projects • Assist with creation of project deliverables as needed • Define and manage stage-gate reviews to meet compliance standards • Adopt and adhere to standardized development lifecycle methodology across Centers of Excellence • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with client project stakeholders • Provide vision and future product roadmapping • Collaborate with customers and internal technology and product teams to articulate issues and communicate effectively • Report to the Delivery Lead and manage a team of project managers, with dotted-line responsibility to the solution team • Serve as the internal and external face of Salesforce delivery

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs • 5+ years consulting experience preferred • Experience implementing multiple Small, Medium and Enterprise scale Salesforce solutions • Multiple Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, Architect) • Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project managers, technical and non-technical resources, budget and schedule • Demonstrated Project/Program management skills with teams of varying size • Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates • Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting; and hands-on experience with Salesforce • Ability to manage and mentor business resources • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure • PMP Certification highly preferred • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration and/or Project Management (or equivalent experience) preferred • Practical experience in one or more CRM software products, such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite • Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing senior executives • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members, problem-solve, and manage conflict • Client-centric mindset focused on clients’ needs and goals • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to research or create methods to engage people and drive change • Strong commitment to service, integrity, resilience, team development, and creative strategy
