Description

• Support casino sales globally, progressively owning parts of conversations around technical integrations, casino functionality, and competitor differentiators • Track casino market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback for go-to-market discussions • Build relationships with casino hotel technology partners, consultants, and industry organizations • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering through the Casino squad • Own casino training for the sales team, including selling to casino customers, competitor and industry updates, and SHR product updates • Develop, own, and maintain the Casino Success Playbook covering casino customer differences, failure patterns, integration complexity, and repeatable processes • Analyze gaps between casino customer needs and current documentation and training • Advance the roadmap to close documentation and training gaps with Product, Engineering, and training teams • Take on ad hoc strategic projects assigned by the VP

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in a casino hotel technology environment spanning pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a commercial role requiring deep product and integration knowledge • Deep understanding of casino operations, buying processes, and decision-makers • Ability to speak credibly with casino operators across sales and IT • Hotel technology experience with casino hotels, including PMS, CRS, RMS, Booking Engines, and Casino Player Portals • Technical integration literacy, including reading integration specifications and discussing data flows between systems • Comfort representing SHR to casino hotel operators and supporting or collaborating with sales teams on complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Proven ability to produce high-quality written documentation, including playbooks, process guides, SOWs, or training materials • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship • Preferred: experience managing external vendors or technology partners • Preferred: experience writing technical documents such as data flow diagrams or Statements of Work • Preferred: pre-sales or solutions engineering experience scoping technical integrations for enterprise customers • Preferred: experience managing projects across multiple teams • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Claude (AI), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
