• You are responsible for new customer acquisition from research through to contract signing • You initiate first contact via phone outreach and proactively source new salons through various channels (e.g., social media) • Your target group ranges from small beauty salons to medium-sized businesses • You present and demonstrate our products to prospective partners both digitally and on-site at salons • You document your activities in our CRM tool, Salesforce
• You have prior experience in sales and are accustomed to achieving set targets • You win over decision-makers with empathetic, solution-oriented communication and always keep customers' needs in focus • You have a competitive mindset, enjoy working in a team, and celebrating successes together • You are your own source of energy, aren’t discouraged by a “no,” and maintain a positive attitude • You are fluent in German (spoken and written) — additional languages are a plus, as our potential customers are diverse and we love that
