Description

• Drive sales strategy and distribution growth across the Central region. • Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing field sales team. • Implement channel strategies that align pricing, shelving, and merchandising with brand goals. • Manage regional chains and independent customers while strengthening key relationships. • Leverage CRM tools and syndicated data to improve distribution, reduce out-of-stocks, and optimize trade spend. • Manage P&L performance and evaluate ROI across promotions and account programming. • Identify trends and opportunities to grow category share and drive market expansion.

🎯 Exigences

• 7–10 years of beverage or CPG sales experience across multiple channels • 5+ years leading field execution sales teams • Proven track record driving distribution and market growth • Strong experience with P&L management and sales analytics • Skilled at building retailer relationships and delivering sales presentations • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance • This role is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States.
