En partenariat avec l'Université de New Haven, Verto propose des cours accrédités qui permettent d'obtenir des crédits universitaires transférables vers plus de 60 institutions partenaires aux États-Unis et offre des parcours avec admission garantie dans certaines écoles, en plus de l'accompagnement, de l'immersion culturelle, des expéditions et du soutien financier pour les étudiants et les familles.

Description

• Manage a team of up to 10 Admissions Counselors, including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, development and performance management • Coach and motivate the team to achieve enrollment goals reflecting year-over-year growth • Coach communication strategies with students and families via phone, email, SMS and Zoom, as well as organization, prioritization and time management • Ensure appropriate representation of the Verto brand and university partners through QA and managerial oversight • Maintain a positive and healthy team culture and help prevent burnout in a high-volume environment • Support students and families directly when management involvement is warranted via phone, email, SMS or Zoom • Leverage data to identify pacing risks and opportunities, create strategies, and implement them with the team • Execute process improvements to enhance workflows and scale Admissions operations • Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders, often through influence without authority • Maintain Verto’s Salesforce CRM, database and dashboards • Ensure transparent performance communication and accurate, complete CRM records • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Fluency in English • Ability to work remote; this is a remote position • Able to travel at least 2 - 3 weeks per year • Must be based in the US and work on a time zone 1 hour +/- those in the continental US (GMT -8 through GMT -3) • Previous experience in Admissions leadership, higher education or sales management in an outbound call center preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential students and their families • Self-motivated, self-directed, goal-oriented • Ability to receive and utilize feedback from leadership and team members • Ability to provide feedback to team members and ensure a high level of performance on your team • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and projects at once • Experience managing a sales or customer service team (nice-to-have) • Experience with international travel or living abroad (nice-to-have) • Must have the legal right to work in the United States; Verto Education is unable to sponsor visas
