Description

• Expand the VP Racing Branded Retail footprint across the Gulf Coast region • Prospect, pitch, and close new branded retail opportunities across C-stores, marinas, cardlocks, and car washes • Partner with fuel distributors and independent operators to deliver VP’s branding and retail solutions • Develop strategic growth plans and manage a strong sales pipeline • Collaborate with leadership to influence marketing, branding, and business strategy • Represent VP Racing at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field, along with at least one (1) year of professional experience in sales AND/OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities • Proven B2B sales experience in fuel, convenience retail, or a related industry • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills • Ability to work independently and travel within the region • Extremely organized, with the ability to manage logistics of multiple duties professionally • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High levels of accuracy, timeliness, and dependability • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management • Ability to assist in providing solutions to challenges • Self-starter able to thrive in a high-performance, growth-focused environment
