Description

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center builds, overseeing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. • Lead and facilitate critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and resolution in high-pressure environments. • Act as the central hub for communication between internal teams, external vendors, and global partners, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels. • Maintain the "source of truth" for program health by ensuring all schedules, dependencies, and risks are accurately reflected in program management tools. • Distill high-density technical jargon and infrastructure updates into concise, executive-level summaries and dashboards for business leadership. • Lead through uncertainty by establishing structure where it doesn't exist, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and driving cross-functional resolution.

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization. • Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans; specifically in building and managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules. • Exceptional Communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences. • Deep experience in Organizational Change Management: Ability to drive process adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots. • Technical Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and the critical path items required for infrastructure rollouts. • Proven track record of managing large-scale, "multi-vendor" builds where you were accountable for the entire program lifecycle.
