• Accountable for Nuclear Fuel product portfolio sales to meet sales goals for new plant AP1000 fuel contracts in the Americas. • Lead efforts in developing the capture strategy working with Solution Managers and Product Managers from the identification of an opportunity through negotiation and finalization of contracts. • Oversee implementing fuel contracts >$250M in value to meet goals to support new plant growth. • Report to the Senior Fuels Business Director. • Lead customer presentations on AP1000 fuel technology and offerings. • Build relationships with customer Fuel organizations, develop understanding of customer strategies and needs.
• Bachelor's of Science degree required • 10 years of experience working at or with Nuclear Utilities. • Experience with on-site nuclear plant experience in a utility position or customer-facing role as a vendor. • Knowledge of Nuclear Utility buying processes • Knowledge of the Nuclear Fuel product line • Experience with AP1000 plant design and operations • Experience in business development • Experience leading moderate complexity contract negotiations (>$100M) • Financial experience • Management Experience
