Description

• You ensure that our customers use Yoffix successfully and are satisfied. • You guide new customers through onboarding and help them adopt our software. • You answer questions from existing customers and support them with technical and application-related issues. • You conduct regular review calls with our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. • You manage our customer communication via Intercom and help develop the Yoffix Help Center. • You collect customer feedback and work closely with our product and development teams to continuously improve Yoffix.

🎯 Exigences

• You speak fluent German and English. • You have a positive, solution-oriented attitude and enjoy working with customers. • You have excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. • You work in a structured, independent, and highly meticulous manner. • You are well organized and keep track of multiple concurrent inquiries. • Experience with HubSpot and Intercom is a plus.
