📋 Description

• You lead strategic projects and programs to rapidly and sustainably improve efficiency and quality across our operational units • You work closely with local craft businesses and installation partners to optimize on-site operational performance • When needed, you take on interim site leadership, stabilize the organization, and build a sustainable management structure • You actively develop the operations strategy through targeted operational programs • You regularly travel across Germany and Europe (up to 3–4 days per week) to understand and improve processes directly on site

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field • At least 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, industry, or craft-related companies • Minimum 2–3 years of direct managerial experience overseeing technical/field and commercial staff • Able to build strong working relationships with hub and site managers • You lead operational teams with confidence and on an equal footing • You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and take ownership • Fluent in German and English (C-level); Spanish is an additional plus
