📋 Description

• Sell and demonstrate the full range of products to achieve sales targets according to the Division’s plan • Build application, process, product, and industry knowledge while developing customer intimacy, especially with key end-user accounts • Develop relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams • Manage and lead business activities and key programmes within nominated key end-user accounts • Update Salesforce daily with details of sales visits, events, and activities for all end-user accounts • Manage, progress, and develop an opportunity pipeline and sales plan to exceed the sales target • Leverage available resources to maximize sales impact within end-user customers • Train distributor internal and external salespeople • Learn new skills related to the industry, collision repair processes, and product applications • Attend and support industry events and exhibitions • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

• Sales and industry experience desired • Proven customer skills and ability to build relationships • Passion and determination to make a difference • Self-motivated and resilient team player • Excellent demonstration skills • Ability to adopt a consultative selling approach • Effective written and verbal communication • IT literacy in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Open mindset • Effective time management and strong organizational abilities • Ability to build and maintain a professional industry network • Uncompromising honesty, integrity, and professional ethics • Business-related degree preferable but not essential
