📋 Description

• Ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers • Execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise • Communicate with customers and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth • Provides technical support and solves problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service • Provides technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers • Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively • Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contact with key customers • Identify new sales opportunities, • Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative • Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed • Work to reduce cost and improve the quality of delivery of service and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, HNC/D or relevant qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering • 5+ years of experience in Switchgear Commissioning / Testing • Expertise within electrical protection commissioning • Extensive experience of SCADA applications, development and field support • Strong background in Low/Medium-Voltage (LV/11kV/33kV) electrical distribution • Knowledge in MS Office, ABB PCM600 Software, Omicron Test Universe • Excellent understanding of the current H&S legislation • Demonstrate excellent customer focus & timekeeping skills • Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement • Full valid UK driving licence
