📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of pensions services accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard • Lead, support and develop a team of Pension Administrators • Manage workloads, provide day-to-day guidance, hold regular 1:1s and monitor team outputs • Ensure processes, procedures, quality assurance and validation checks comply with pension scheme requirements, statutory obligations and relevant legislation • Manage LGPS and Teachers’ Pension scheme submissions, including monthly and annual returns • Conduct quality checks and resolve errors promptly • Monitor team performance against service level agreements, individual targets and team objectives • Address performance concerns and ensure consistent service delivery • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers • Resolve queries and issues effectively and professionally • Use CRM dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workloads, track performance and update the management team • Maintain procedure manuals and training materials • Lead or contribute to service reviews, process improvements, user acceptance testing, projects and forums

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of iTrent or Oracle Services Cloud • Experience supervising or leading an operational team, including supporting performance, development and service delivery • Strong customer service focus and experience building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Good knowledge of pensions processes, practices, policies and procedures • Ability to interpret and apply pension requirements accurately • Strong numeracy, literacy, accuracy and attention to detail • Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain information clearly and professionally • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage workloads effectively while remaining calm under pressure
