• Manage and develop key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional service delivery and successful customer outcomes. • Take ownership of contract management and governance, overseeing contractual agreements, renewals, documentation, and customer review meetings to ensure compliance and long-term partnership success. • Drive customer retention and business growth, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, mitigate risks, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored client solutions. • Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, partnering with operational, clinical, finance, and business development teams to resolve challenges, improve service performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
