📋 Description

• Join a small, fast-moving design team building a 0→1 AI voice assistant product from the ground up • Report to the design lead and work closely with them day to day • Turn loosely defined inputs into shippable UI by proactively clarifying scope with engineers and PMs • Deliver clean, production-ready UI quickly, with strong visual polish and craft • Use Figma as the primary tool • Build and maintain components to support parallel workstreams • Apply UX thinking to user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition logic • Participate in design discussions and incorporate feedback quickly while minimizing feedback loops • Gradually take on more complex problems and ownership as you grow within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing tech products • Experience working in a cross-functional product team in an agile/scrum-like environment • Portfolio showing strong UI/visual execution, solid craft, and composition sense • Working knowledge of Figma • Working-level UX knowledge, including user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition • Logical, structural, and analytical thinking; ability to break vague or open-ended tasks into deliverable steps without hand-holding • Good communication skills; ability to explain design decisions and ask the right questions • Proactive mindset; brings ideas and solutions without waiting for detailed instructions • Nice to have: consumer product experience • Nice to have: animation tools such as After Effects and Principle • Nice to have: experience with TV/smart devices
