📋 Description

• Drive Business Growth • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities • Build strategic partnerships with dealership and collision center leadership • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term business partnerships • Execute territory growth strategies that drive revenue and market expansion • Maintain an active pipeline through networking, referrals, relationship building, and consistent field engagement • Meet customers face-to-face on a daily basis • Become a trusted advisor within your market • Deliver ongoing operational support and strategic guidance • Analyze operational workflows, purchasing trends, and supply chain opportunities • Deliver data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and ROI • Help customers optimize sourcing strategies, inventory performance, operational efficiency, and cycle times • Utilize AI tools, reporting platforms, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance • Operate independently while managing your territory like your own business • Manage time, priorities, customer relationships, and growth opportunities effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in commission-based sales environments • History of exceeding revenue goals, negotiating contracts, and driving innovative business growth • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment • Confidence in face-to-face customer interaction and territory management • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to leverage technology, AI tools, data, and analytics to improve business performance • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • CRM software and Microsoft Office experience • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Automotive, dealership, collision, repair, or supply chain industry experience preferred • Experience selling operational solutions, services, or consulting programs preferred • Background in business development, strategic sales, consulting, or supply chain optimization preferred
