âą Lead business development efforts in the industrial wastewater market âą Promote and sell aeration systems (grids, blowers, controls) and STS packaged treatment plants to end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners âą Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the industrial wastewater sector âą Identify, develop, and manage relationships with engineering consultants and system designers, industrial end-users, and distribution partners âą Conduct site visits, assess system requirements, and generate technical proposals âą Deliver presentations and technical discussions with consultants, operators, and decision-makers âą Manage and grow a sales pipeline using Salesforce, meeting revenue and activity targets âą Coordinate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to delivery âą Work with existing installations to gather operating data and provide technical assistance
âą Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) âą 3+ years of technical sales experience in water/wastewater, process equipment, or related industrial systems âą Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and territory development âą Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, aeration systems, or blower technologies âą Experience managing rep networks and/or direct sales in a multi-state territory âą Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills âą Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) âą Strong teamwork skills
