📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll • Collaborate with People Platform, Benefits, Legal, and Finance on payroll matters with cross-functional impact • Process U.K. and Spain payroll, with potential expansion to additional EU countries • Assist with processing RSUs and ESPP earnings and taxation • Process garnishments and levies • Assist with payroll audit and compliance procedures • Support month-end closing for payroll-related accounts • Support the annual financial statement audit and serve as primary contact for payroll audit testing for respective countries • Conduct year-end reporting for respective countries • Answer employee questions regarding pay and benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of international payroll experience with a focus on EMEA countries • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school • Strong math, analytical, research, problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong system and data flow knowledge • Ability to learn and adapt to new process flows and software technologies • Self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with limited supervision • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with employees and across the organization, including varying levels of leadership • Experience with systems migration and integration of different systems is a plus • Knowledge of NetSuite or Workday is a plus
