📋 Description

• Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently • Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters, including back-up holiday or emergency coverage • Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay payroll application • Research payroll information and documentation discrepancies • Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for UK statutory authorities • Work with UK payroll team members to configure the system for annual updates • Assist associate team members with payroll queries and training • Suggest process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience processing UK Payroll • Experienced in calculations with NI, Tax and Statutory payments (SMP, SSP etc) • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail • Responsible for prioritising client’s payroll and delivering payrolls as required • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
